What to Expect

We are a small batch roaster 5 to 12 kilos per roast and we like it that way. We would rather invest in additional smaller roasters than to have to roast huge batches of coffee to meet our customer demand. But with that said, there could come a time where there may be a slight delay in shipping. If that happens we will let you know in you cart the ship date of your coffee.

We will not ship a single coffee that is not ready for you to enjoy. And that includes the off-gassing process. We time our shipments so that when you receive your Terra Sapor preferred coffee that it is ready to open, grind, brew and enjoy the profile that you selected to experience.
